DOMESTIC
With extensive experience in domestic work, we are capable of undertaking all domestic electrical work, from new builds, a full re-wire or simply changing your light bulbs. Certain scopes of work require registering with the local council under Part P. This is carried out by us and is emailed along with our own completion certificates.
COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
We also cover commercial and industrial electrical work from offices, shops, commercial units to large factories. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and can assist any project from early design and planning, throughout installation to handover.
MAINTENANCE
We have maintenance contracts available for domestic and commercial sectors. If you are interested in us providing you with a low cost electrical maintenance contract for you, feel free to get in touch.
FIRE ALARM AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING
We install, maintain and test fire alarm and emergency lighting systems within communal areas, offices, shops and larger commercial and industrial premises. Whether in the home or business we can design, supply and install a system to meet your requirements. We offer maintenance contracts for regular inspection & testing with certification provided where required. We currently maintain fire alarm and emergency lighting systems at approximately 100 sites ranging from small domestic communal areas to large commercial premises across East Kent.
INSPECTION & TESTING
Every electrical installation and portable appliance deteriorates with use and time. Therefore, if safety of the users is not to be put at risk, it is important that electrical installation are periodically inspected and tested by a competent person. The latest regulations (BS 7671: 2018) has amended that every electrical installation is subjected to a periodic inspection and test. Inspection and testing of is law for rented properties and is becoming increasing popular for commercial properties.

REPAIRS
It is common for electrical installations to become damaged over time, you can choose us for your repairs, if it's beyond repair then we can provide you with great alternatives that suit you.
Including emergency call outs, fault finding, re-wiring etc.
INSTALLATIONS
We can supply and fit your electrical installations right from design and planning, providing the materials and products from our trusted suppliers, installation and handover. Including fuse boards, wiring, security & CCTV, fire alarm and emergency lighting, outdoor & indoor lighting, sockets & switches, EV chargers, electric appliances, fans & ventilation etc.
